Asterisk/FreePBX, "*1" by default from memory.. 

Then whatever SIP client you like to connect to it. 

probably doesn't help you as much, since its done on the server, not the client... ;)

Does anyone out there record phone calls? We want to interview some
people, and with their permission, record the call. Skype, something
iOSish or Androidy, or some other system?
