I haven't used it in any serious depth but GnuCash is cross platform and
has a fairly good reputation.

If your comfortable with something "Cloud" based Xero
http://www.xero.com/au/ is great, we used it for linux.conf.au 2014 and
Linux Australia uses it to manage it's accounts and other events.
