[plug] Auto connect for VPN tunnel on Fedora 20

Hi Chris,
I had the same problem with openvpn through the network manager. If you
have the same scenario try to put the configuration file in the
/etc/openvpn/ and make sure the daemon starts during the boot.

Otherwise we need more information.
