[plug] What computer should I buy?

After receiving lots of encouragement from people here, I finally got the
article to the point where I was happy enough with it to show the world.
Thank you all very much for your comments and suggestions, it was
invaluable and at times humbling.

Initially I intended to put it up on LinkedIn as a way to get people to
come and visit my profile and hopefully get some work out of it, but it
evolved beyond that. One person suggested that this could be a book, which
made me think more about what it was that I was writing.

I'm sure it's got much to improve on, for one, I forgot to say thank you to
you in the article, so revision 2 will need to incorporate that. I'm sure
there is more to do.

After spending considerable time contemplating how to send it out to the
world I decided on putting it up on the Kindle store for $0.99. Perhaps
this is the beginning of more such articles.
