[plug] Gmail Connect To Other Accounts POP3 Only, But I Need IMAP

imapsync seems to be what your after but I'll add another suggestion. 
Bit of a strange way to do it but if you have outlook web access you 
could use davmail.  Be sure to check the config and make sure you're not 
deleting old messages accidentally.
