Hi Kevin,

I know you said you're not looking for big brands but I've found Dell
to be quite competitive, often coming in lower than local suppliers
with comparable shipping times and very responsive to questions
(although I work in government so maybe we get special treatment).

I know you said it needs to be Windows, but depending on what licenses
you already have and if your just running VMs, dell will drop the
price on servers if you order one with Linux or no OS.
