[plug] Need to get a program

     Hi Pluggers,

     It has been absolutely ages since downloading & unpacking
     a ZIP file & I do not remember the appropriate program to
     achieve this with.

     Would some kind plugger please advise me of the most suitable
     program to accomplish this.
