[plug] sbs ondemand

I noticed earlier this week that SBSonDemand requied logging in and that the login wasn't working, i.e. my playlist was empty when I eventually logged in.
The other day I couldn't login at all.
Today when trying to login it stated my credentials was wrong which I know it isn't. None of the other links on the login screen works also

Hi Gavin

I wasn't aware of these changes so had a go getting SBS working. SBS works fine for me on Mint 17.3 using Firefox 50.0.2 with add blocking turned off. No problems with setting up the account or watching movies.

Cheers Ivan.
