[plug] SaltStack new tutorials

It looks like Salt has finally rewritten their tutorials so that they Do
Not Suck! (tm)

If you are interested in Salt, this is probably the way to go.

I suggest the following reading order:

- SaltStack Components
- Understanding SaltStack
- SaltStack Fundamentals
- Configuration Management

Most of the rest are not hugely relevant for how we're going to be using
Salt.
