If you're doing it in terminal for the output then I'd just fire up
gparted. Most distros have it or you can grab a livecd here -
https://gparted.org/livecd.php
Not trying to teach egg sucking but clearly you know how to use fdisk so
I'd make life easier if you can use a gui.
