Hi Arjen,
Quite so. I want to keep the task as generic as I can, so I'm looking not
so much at "who is an expert in XX" as "where are peoples' expertise
promoted".
Commercially I guess you would set it up for Transact-SQL but then look at
the performance cost of making it SQL-92 or SQL-2008 compliant.
