[plug] http proxy cache

Hey everyone,

I have been doing research to find an open source proxy cache like
tinyproxy, also a ad blocker similar to privoxy.org also an anti virus/anti
malware proxy like havp.org

The requirements are just for use with http and https it will be on a
dedicated server and can be separate services

I have been testing/research on a bunch lately but have sadly found many
are no longer actively maintained or updated. Keen to hear anyones thoughts
or suggestions
