[plug] Raspberry Pi 4 is now a thing

Looks like there will also be support for PXE boot in the near future as
well. It wont be available on launch but im sure it will be desirable
enough for people to implement it quickly.

This coupled with the POE hat should make for a resilient sensor network.
Although I cannot fathom why the POE hat has no breakout for the remainder
of the IO, makes it impossible to POE power the device and have another hat.
