[plug] EmacsConf 2022 CFP extended to Sep 30

Hello,

EmacsConf is a conference with a strong community focus and interesting
hacks.  If you like Emacs or are curious about it, definitely check it
out.  Previous conference talks can be found at
<https://emacsconf.org/2021/talks/> or substitute the 2021 in the url
with 2020, 2019 etc.

EmacsConf 2022 will take place on December 3 and 4, 2022 (Sat-Sun). If
you'd like to present at the conference, please submit your proposal by
September 30, 2022 at <https://emacsconf.org/2022/cfp/>. It is all
virtual and talks are all pre-recorded and come in various sizes (10min,
20min, 40min), so neither timezone nor duration is an excuse for not
giving a talk.
