The Perth Linux Users Group Annual General Meeting will be held at
Spacecubed.com
Located at 45 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 on Tuesday 2024-01-09
at 19:00.

0. Opening (Starting 7:00 PM sharp)
1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous AGM

   - Review of membership fees

Nominations:
Nominations for the Committee positions of Chair, Vice-Chair,
Treasurer, Secretary and Ordinary Committee Members can be made in
writing or via email to the Committee (committee at plug.org.au).
Nominations must include the name of the nominee and nominator, who
must both be Financial Members.
Nominees must meet the eligibility rules defined in the PLUG
Constitution https://www.plug.org.au/pages/constitution/current.html

under section 10. and also the eligibility rules required by the
Associations Incorporation Act 2015
(https://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/publications/eligibility-requirements-committee-members-associations-info).
Nominees must confirm that they are not ineligible under the
requirements of this Act.

Proxies:
You may appoint another member to attend and vote on your behalf, by
writing to the Secretary (committee at plug.org.au)

Note:
All nominations and proxy requests must be received by Sunday
2024-01-07 12:00 noon.

Nominations will only be accepted after this date, including at the
AGM, if there are insufficient nominations to fill a position.
