[plug] block lists for phones

Does anyone know of a bloclkist for phone numbers? - I have asterisk 
running on a VOIP landline and have started blocking spammers (Not sure 
how they found the number, but its been recent! - one or two calls a 
day) but they seem to have quite a large list of numbers. I cant find 
anything public, but something like an email spam blocklist seems like 
it might exist?
