[plug] DMARC processing of Google Workspace email

A few weeks ago I enabled DMARC reporting for my domain. Initially I
processed the reports manually, but that's getting out of hand.

I'm toying with the idea of downloading the DMARC emails (which are all
coming to a specific address) and running a Docker container to process and
display the results.

This seems like a lot of work and dependent on several tools to play nice.

I could block all fail emails and be done with it, but I'd like to know if
there are other viable options I should be aware of. I'm also exploring
this same issue for several other client domains.

Finally, can someone smarter than I please explain why I am seeing some
DMARC "pass" reports about my domain for a domain that is not me and I'm
not sending from?
