[plug] Vice Chair nomination

The following is my Vice Chair pitch:

As we enter another year of Linux, I want to emphasise the importance of
groups like this in FOSS. Proprietary conglomerates have billions to throw
at keeping digital tools behind their paywall, we need to balance the
strength of their machine with the enthusiasm of ours.

It's dubious to claim FOSS supremacy if we don't work to show Linux, and
all forms of FOSS benefiting people in everyday life.

While our website continues to be updated, we won't neglect our role in the
community. Like a rolling release, our year has a lot of action going
forward. Various talks, along with The first PLUG stall in Geraldton being
booked, Our journey to educate and advocate is well on its way

There are exciting things ahead of us here. I am looking forward to being
part of it, and hope you everyone here is too
