[plug] Ghosted?

My $0.02

If they are working for me, as in i employed them to find me a contract,
work or other, I'd expect full service including what improvements i can
make on resumé, interview techniques, etc.

If they contacted me for a position at a company (employer sourced), some
feedback would be appreciated but at least a contact to let me know the
position is filled.
