<BR><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">it shouldn't be too difficult to simulate almost all of that functionality.</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">If they are always reminded about internationalisation then things could be</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">improved.</FONT>
