<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The reason for asking is for those matured "late bloomer" who missed the Degrees and went on to work in the IT industry for many years ... and later decided to get paper qualification but do not want to invest more Time/Money by skipping the basic Degree to go for a Master.  Your views, comments with real experience will help.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Just want to know how does the IT industries feel as a whole towards people with working experience and a Master in IT but does not have a Basic Degree.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Most companies seems to prefer Basic Degree + Master ... or is it just my perception?</font>
