successfully managed to install RedHat or Mandrake on a Dell Optiplex 260 

Workstation. I have tried contacting Dell for support but to no avail. The major 

problem i have is Sound drivers, video and monitor. The monitor i have is a Dell 

1702 FP, the sound is on board (soundMAX Integrated Digital Audio), and the 

display adapter is a Intel 82845G/GL graphics controller.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have tried looking for drivers in all the usual 

places, but with no luck.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Any suggestions (other than fill it full of cement 

and use it for an anchor :) )</FONT></DIV>
