wireless/wired hotspot system in a library down south where the person pays the
clerk who gives them an account for a specific time period. They log into
this account by turning on their PC, get a dynamic IP starting internet
explorer. From here (if they’re not logged in) squid will redirect
them to the login page.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

airports, where you’re redirected to a payment page, enter your credit
card details and you get 30 mins access from that IP/Mac Address. Except
