I have a few friends and clients using WestNet, but no similar stories
to tell. I'll ask though. I just don't think any of them are PLUG
subscribers.<br>

For most ISPs email filtering is an option. What about turning it off
and running your own if it means getting PLUG emails.<br>
<br>
I am using custom made filters and Thunderbirds adaptive SPAM filtering
and for the 15,000+ SPAM messages I get per year, they are over 88%
effective (with no help from my ISP since I host my mail domain myself).<br>
