Setting up webdav again, cadaver dav command line client connects to the dav folder and allows authentication, but Thunderbird cannot publish to it.

Any recommendations or success stories for particular setups or toolchains?

icalshare.com doesn't provide ical storage. It seems to just provide a front-end to ical display and sharing through the web.
iCalx.com "There was a database error, your account cannot be created at this time." and hasn't been updated in 2 years.

----------
