<DIV>You can expect that amount in a management role, or if you are working for
yourself with about 3-4 employees. The market is full of "IT" people
therefore the wages for this specialised section has dropped a fair bit.
There was a time when one with both uni and certs could demand and get

<DIV>When I first got here I had an >$80K salary package, this was still less
than what I made when living aboard. Working for myself has benefits -
time off when I need it, I set my own salary and control how much I want to make
each week, etc, etc.</DIV>
<DIV>I still find time to do an occasional cert program and I do not have to sit
for exams (I'm my own boss), but I do get the knowledge I'm seeking.</DIV>

money!" :-) Maybe not, eh?<BR><BR>Gavin.
