hi all,

I have a local mounted hard-drive containing a mirror of ubuntu.

If I do the command:

ls /media/Elements/ubuntu

I see the directories:

dists pool projects

I have added the following line into my sources.list:

deb file:/media/Elements/ubuntu/ feisty main restricted multiverse universe

But when I attempt to apt-get anything, I get the message:

Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package [package name]

Does anyone know what might be causing the problem?

thanks heaps,
