One of the points that came up at the recent committee members
was trying to offer some more services; and one thing that came
up was a game server for Urban Terror, <i> a free multiplayer
first person shooter developed by FrozenSand, that (thanks to
the ioquake3-code) does not require Quake III Arena anymore.
It is available for Windows, Linux and Macintosh.</i> It is
part GPL for the ioquake3 engine, and part private license for
the mods and media - but it is free to play.<br>

And thus, there is currently a "Perth Linux User Group" server
when you fire up the client. Have a play. if anyone wants to
