Technology, and some are sadly, missing. How about:<br>

Android, etc), and Open Source, <br>
RAM - Random Access Memory, <br>
W3C - World Wide Web Consortium for standards, <br>

Zbot - a malware toolkit that allows a cybercriminal to build his

<br>
The report has some useful recommendations, but ones IT environment
(façade or OS) is not amongst them.<br>
<br>
I note that the report, in its fullness, does not talk about the
inherent weaknesses of particular OS, but its "security"
proliferation implies that mostly this aspect appears focussed on
users of Windows(c) with its inherent problems. This is noteworthy
given that Linux is quite popular across the world. <a
href="http://www.comparebusinessproducts.com/fyi/50-places-linux-running-you-might-not-expect">50
Places Linux is Running That You Might Not Expect</a> is a
worthwhile browse. This given that President Putin has directed that
Russia will be a Linux nation by 2015, and it seen in use by <a
href="http://www.nas.nasa.gov/hecc/resources/pleiades.html">NASA </a>and
<a
href="http://www.creativeplanetnetwork.com/dcp/news/linux-hollywood/44656">Hollywood</a>,
as clear illustrations of its security and graphics capabilities.<br>
<br>
All in all, a little disappointed for a report targeted at IT
security for this old man and ex community teacher of IT.<br>
<br>
Cheers,<br>
