<div dir="ltr"><div><div>I'm having a problem installing Guest Additions in a Debian 7 VM.<br><br></div>The Guest Additions virtual disc is visible in Debian but I get IO failures trying to read it.<br><br></div>I'm sure this is a combination of settings in the VM - the chipset (currently PIIX3) or some other things but I can't get the right mix or pick up a clue on the 'net.<br>
