before and the bank was happy with an invoice from me showing that
the OS had been re-installed, thus removing any trace of previous
malicious programs. This meant that I did not provide a guarantee
of the "safe" nature of the PC, just proof that it had been reset.

ps. It was a Windows PC so by its very nature it was unsafe the
moment it was powered up:-) <br>
