[plug] Downloading files in Netscape Navigator

After finding Navigator 4.06 for Linux on the December APC CD-ROM last 
night, I tried loading it. It seems much faster than the Netscape version 
that came with Redhat 5.1.  However, I can't seem to make it download files 
rather than reading them.  This was a trifle irritating, as it kept 
displaying the RPM file I wanted, rather than downloading it.

I have found the menu item listing applications and MIME types, and it even 
lists RedHat packages (extensions rpm,RPM) which have default action set to 
"save to file".

Has anyone else experienced this problem and know a solution?
