That was posted to the linux kernel mailing list on Tuesday by David
Miller ("the" Sparc/Linux guy).

Apparently Sun are announcing official support for Sparc/Linux.

This includes giving Dave M. etc access to 64 processor E10000's etc, as
well as better access to documentation, loaner systems, communication with
Sun engineers etc.
