Yes, most ethernet drivers will work for multiple cards.
The old ne.o driver needed a bit of hand-holding (by adding
append="ether=0,0,eth0 ether=0,0,eth1" to your lilo.conf) but most PCI
drivers will read from the PCI bus how many cards of that type you have.
