How about: 	Livingston Radius
		Cistron Radius
		Radius
		ICRadius
		perlradius

The top two are probably what you want, however I believe the other 3
could also be useful depending on what your intending on doing with it. If
your just authenticating users logging in etc then Livingston of Cistron 
are your best bet.
