This doesn't happen to me. Instead, with _some_ messages, a Reply fails
to quote *anything* from the body of the original message.

BTW, Christian's answer is indeed correct. If it's not a (broken)
Windows charset or plain-vanilla ASCII, Outlook panics and calls it an
attachment, and runs it^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H.
