[plug] Award Bios flash upgrade

I need to upgrade my Award Bios so it will recognize a new 15G drive.  (currently it only recognizes 2G on the new drive)

I've found the bios upgrade and the flash program online.  Made a dos boot disk and put the files on it.  

My motherboard is an Abit IT5H.  Anyone have any last words or advice before I push the button?  
I find this a little frightening, if it doesn't go right, or isn't back-out-able, voxlinux is toast.  :(
