[plug] RedHat/Mandrake

Well , 
It's another one of those questions !

Out of all the distributions currently on the market which is the best.
I have used RedHat 5.0 previously and lately installing and running Mandrake
8.0.

There is no networking required or a multitude of pc's joined. Just someone
who is looking
for a strong polished home based O/S that isn't windows.
Main function is to surf - Download the odd mp3 file or two and even burn a
few CD's, Graphical
presentation is a must.

Any one like to throw their opinion in ?
