[plug] ICQ and SMS

Hi All

I've been using icq2000b under windows 98 for a while now.  It's a dog, 
resource hog and all that.  But I can't go to something else (preferable 
licq) until I can solve the problem of sending SMSs.

This is integrated in ICQ, but none of the clones for Linux support this 
yet.  So, does anybody know:

1) Of an ICQ clone for Linux that has this functionality
2) A tool for linux that sends SMSs via the internet.

The important part in all this is no cost.  Can anybody help?
