According tot he licence you agreed to when you installed or first fired up 
your XP box, you can't. Only Microsoft remote admin tools are allowed and 
they don't make any for Linux.

Upgrade the XP box to Linux, then you can use VNC, lbX, ssh, whatever you 
please.
