No, but boot a Mandrake install CD, and instead of pressing Enter at the 
F1/Enter prompt, type `rescue' (no quotes) and press Enter. When the prompt 
comes up (8.2 has a menu, you have to select `Console' from it), type

    fdisk /dev/hda

...and take it from there.

Personally, I'd just boot a Mandrake 8.2 CD and accept all of the defaults.
