[plug] Debian upgrade

Running a Debian bo (1.3)(1996) to Potato (2.2R6)(current) upgrade on-line
Try doing that with Redhat!

This machine is a 486dx266 with 8meg of ram and has been running untouched
since early 1997. It gets about 5 power failure related reboots a year and
is the office samba-print server, running 7 printers.
As a contrast, the NT file server requires constant attention and maintenance,
not to mention major surgery if the ups battery goes flat and it gets an
unclean shutdown.
