It really depends on what specific needs you have.  If all you want is
the ability to run a few mailing lists and you don't need a web-based
archive, listar is quite nice.  It's very easy to perform moderation
with (unlike some other systems), and there are some web-based
interfaces if you want users to be able to easily tweak their own
configs.
