[plug] display cyrillic fonts

Hi,

I seem to have all the necessary fonts installed

	xlsfonts |grep -i koi8

and the config file for the font server (xfs) seems ok too - at least in
respect of knowing where the cyrillic fonts reside.

Despite an entry in .pinerc for a character set of 8859-5 I am unable to
display the cyrillic character set.

I'd be grateful to any recommendatins as to what I could check.

I'd be happy to use a text mode display except that there is no
/user/lib/kbd directory on this system  (RH 7.1) !
