While I understand your sentiment, the other side of that discussion is
that if you're not informed, you're no use to your clients.

Disclaimer: Having said that, I'm in the middle of packing up my house,
installing a satellite dish into a van and getting ready to travel
around Oz for two years - and the van arrives on Monday - so I'm a
little pushed for time and unlikely to actually attend at this stage.
