[plug] html -> word using OO

Unfortuantely the options are the same.  The only non-web format is the
text one, which loses the formatting.  The others still are in html
format when opened, even though it has a .sxw extension.  For instance,
I use A4, portrait and margins, but the text is showing as 28cm wide,
everything on one long page, no page breaks etc!
