[plug] re: Mail issue

Recently, in /var/log/maillog I'm seeing the following:
Jun 12 12:02:26 gateway postfix/smtpd[7240] connect from unknown[203.153.229.86]
Jun 12 12:02:26 gateway postfix/smtpd[7240]: disconnect from unknown[203.153.229.86]

The ip address listed is supposed to be redirected to 203.153.229.84.  I'm assuming this to be a ISP issue, is this correct? or should I have this ip address entry in either my DNS files or postfix program?
