On the PLUG site.. regards LCA2004..

Also I have opened up submitting news permissions.. in the hope this will
encourage more of your to actually post stories to the site :)

This now means you can all post news to the site, regardless if you are 
a site member or not..

Small issue with the drop down "select topic" zone.. I will work on it..
but you can still just post your articles and I will make sure they
get into the correct "topic"
