[plug] cancelling a CUPS print job

'parallel' will be the parport backend CUPS uses to communicate with the 
printer - /usr/lib/cups/backend/parport. I thought it would be signalled 
to death when a job was cancelled, but presumably not - I've seen this 
issue myself as well.
