RHEL requires a subscription to update, so pretty useless without it.
(well atleast keeping it up to date would be a PITA) and is not free
to distribute.

Suse Linux professional is fine to distribute for free, just not
allowed to copy for sale. You can now download the 5 isos for Suse 9.3
Professional from iinet (among other places).

IIRC Solaris 10 is ok to distribute (atleast not for profit)
